Plain language, no dark patterns. Here is exactly what we hold and why.
What we collect
Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone number and the pieces you bought. We need these to fulfil an order.
Marketing details: your phone number when you opt into drop alerts, and your email if you create an account.
Technical details: pages viewed, device type and referring site, collected in aggregate so we can see which pages are working.
How we use it
To pack and ship orders, handle returns, answer support requests, and send drop alerts you asked for.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the payment, shipping and messaging providers required to complete an order.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on FASTLANEZ servers. We only see the last four digits and the authorisation result.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@fastlanez.com and we respond within 30 days.
Reply STOP to any drop alert to opt out of SMS immediately.
Retention
Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Marketing contacts are deleted as soon as you opt out.
