Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours on business days. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Limited drop releases may require up to 3 additional business days while the run is checked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. The estimated timeline is shown on the product or drop page before purchase.

Standard domestic shipping is free on orders over $100 and a flat $12 on orders under $100. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express domestic shipping is $25 and typically arrives within 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by destination.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your shipping label is scanned by the carrier. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the dispatch email is sent.

If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact support@fastlanez3x.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

FASTLANEZ ships domestic orders via UPS Ground and UPS SurePost for standard service, and UPS Next Day Air Saver for express service. UPS tracking is provided for every shipment.

Local same-day and rush deliveries in eligible metro zones are handled by Uber Direct. Uber Direct orders receive live tracking and photo confirmation at drop-off.

Charges on your payment method will appear as "FASTLANEZ" followed by your order number. If you do not recognize a charge, email support@fastlanez3x.com with the date and last four digits of the card used.

International delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local carrier. Some destinations may not be available at checkout.

The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. FASTLANEZ cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import tax, brokerage fees, or other charges when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the FASTLANEZ checkout total.

Refusing an international delivery does not cancel the original shipping or customs charges. Any refund is processed after the parcel returns to us and may exclude those costs.

If you need to change your shipping address, email support@fastlanez3x.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can only update an address before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, changes must be arranged directly with the carrier. FASTLANEZ is not responsible for parcels delivered to the address entered at checkout.

If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members, building staff, and your local carrier first. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can help open an investigation.

For damaged or incorrect items, email support@fastlanez3x.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange the next step.
