Shipping & Returns
Everything about how orders leave here and how to send one back.
Dispatch
Orders leave the studio within 48 hours on business days. You get tracking the moment the label is scanned.
Drop releases can add up to 3 business days while the run is packed. We post the timeline on the drop page before it goes live.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Under that, standard shipping is a flat $12.
Express is $25 and lands in 1–2 business days domestically. International shipping is quoted at checkout and takes 5–12 business days depending on the destination.
Duties and taxes
International orders may attract duties and import tax on arrival. Those charges are set by your country and are not included in the checkout total.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
Start a return by emailing hello@fastlanez.com with your order number. We send a return label and refund the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece arriving back.
Sale pieces and one-size accessories are final sale.
Exchanges
We exchange for a different size in the same piece where stock allows. Limited runs sell through, so if your size is gone we refund instead.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@fastlanez.com within 7 days with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.
